Tom has always been excellent in this field of expertise, having used him many years ago, when i contacted him, he remembered me after 9 years (which makes you feel a bit special), but he was very quick to respond to any queries and his support was second to none. I literally didn’t have to lift a finger other than to provide the original documentation to get a loan. Not only did I get an excellent rate 1% off what i was currently paying, but also a rebate from the new lender which pretty much covers the first month or 2 of mortgage repayments for our home and rental.
